FicoFoco (ficofoco.com) is owned and operated by StrataPie Platform Private Limited, Surat, Gujarat, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), StrataPie Platform Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed on this platform.

Account and contact data (name, email, phone, city), role information (brand, property owner, investor, operator, lender), and the business information you submit — expansion mandates, property listings, capital intents, RFP responses and Deal Room notes. We also record consent timestamps and basic usage logs required to operate the service securely.

To operate the marketplace: matching expansion demand with properties and capital, running Deal Rooms, and communicating with you about your own listings, responses and deals. With your consent, we may also send relevant platform updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not sell your contact details as "leads" to third parties.

We collect personal data only with your consent, captured at the point of submission (waitlist, signup, forms). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact below; withdrawal stops future processing but does not affect processing already done lawfully.

Brand identities on mandates are withheld from other users until a Deal Room is opened. Capital intents are visible only to their owner and the platform desk. Contact details are never exposed to other users without your participation in a deal.

Data is stored with reputed cloud providers (database and hosting located in or serving the India region) acting as processors under contract. Data is shared with a deal counterparty only when you enter a Deal Room, and with professional advisors where a transaction requires it. We disclose data if required by law.

Passwords are stored hashed; access is role-restricted; transport is encrypted (HTTPS). We retain personal data while your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to access a summary of your personal data, correction and erasure, grievance redressal, and to nominate a person to exercise your rights. To exercise any right, contact the Grievance Officer below. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
