Will landlords see our brand name?
No. Your requirement shows a category (for example, 'apparel brand'). Names stay hidden until brand, owner and FicoFoco sign a three-party mandate.
Which cities do you cover?
Pan-India: Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities. Requirements can name specific cities or a whole region.
What does it cost?
Every brand that joins in 2026 is free until 31 March 2027. After that, the free Listed plan stays free; paid plans add more requirements, AI tools and desk time.
Do you charge a success fee?
Only when the desk closes an outlet for you, and only as agreed in writing in the mandate before any introduction.
