Do I need a RERA number?

Yes for property brokerage, under the RERA rules of your state. Brand and franchise referrals do not need one.

When are commissions paid?

In stages, as milestones in the signed partner agreement are reached. The schedule is in the agreement.

What does it cost?

The Partner plan is free. Partners who join in 2026 get Pro features free until 31 March 2027.
